Delivery fees

Fees depend on your district and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Ready-to-ship items leave within two working days of payment verification or order confirmation. Pre-order items are dispatched in their batch's estimated window.

Returns

Contact us within 3 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered. Items must be unused with tags attached. Earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original bKash, Nagad or bank account.
